Brad Hanson - this is the man Sarah Palin had an affair with?

So the Nation Enquirer is teasing that they have proof that VP candidate Sarah Palin had an extramarital affair with a business partner of husband Todd Palin. Only because they want to move copies of their print version, the Enquirer is holding off on the name of the guy.

But I’ll save you the suspense - they’re most likely talking about a man named Brad Hanson. Here’s the blog Alaskan Abroad, with the details:

“My sources in Alaska say the incident occurred in mid 1990s, right around the time she became mayor of Wasilla. Todd Palin’s partner in a Polaris snowmachine dealership in Wasilla, Brad Henson Hampton, and Sarah were reportedly flirtatious and but never consummated the relationship.

When Todd found out, he reportedly dissolved the partnership and sold the dealership.” 

It certainly sounds suspicious… it seems unlikely that mature adults would dissolve a dealership just over a little flirting, especially when Hanson was also married at the time.

Anyway, Brad Hanson is currently a city council member in Palmer, Alaska and if you want to know if he had an affair with Sarah Palin, just ask him yourself: his e-mail address is bchanson@mtaonline.net - meanwhile this was the only picture of Brad I could find online but I’ll continue to update this story as it develops…

  9. The Republicans certainly enjoyed Edward’s affair. Now it’s Sarah’s turn. If she didn’t want it to get ouot, then perhaps she shouldn’t have had an affair with her husband’s business partner. Although I find the National Enquirer a disgusting publication, it is usually accurate!!!

  13. It is amazing how the National Enquirer is fast becoming a fast source of RELIABLE news. Remember they were the first to uncover the John Edwards story which was dismissed by the MSM. Where there is smoke….

    Years ago, my former church, a reborn again Christian Church, was a big supporter of Jim and Tammy.

    Our Pastor was furious that the National Enquirer had a big article that week about “Pastor Jim”

    Well it was all true as the world knows.

    They covered OJ Simpson Trial better then the media and they stuck on Gary Hart and John Edwards like glue and were right.

    So why are some of these idiots thinking they are wrong about Palin. Her hubby was gone a lot and she is not your typical frumpy stay at home housewife.

  20. The more someone screams “family values” the more suspecious I become of them. Usually it means they are hiding something. Frankly, after watching Sarah Palin in interviews, the RNC and the debate, I don’t trust her. She doesn’t believe in sex ed in the schools or at home. I think she would do whatever it takes to achieve what she wants. I feel very sorry for Todd Palin. I think he deserves better.
