Are you telling me Mario Lopez was in a love triangle that didn’t involve another man?

E! News is reporting that Meagan Cooper, a 22-year-old Hooters girl and aspiring country singer/songwriter had been carrying on a nearly year long affair with Lopez while he was seeing Karina Smirnoff concurrently.

Here’s in Cooper’s own words, how she was duped for so long:

“He told me he lived alone,” recalls Cooper, “but I opened up [his] closet and saw a row of women’s shoes and said, ‘Either you are a cross-dresser or a woman is living here.’”

“Mario said Karina just left her stuff there and was moving it out. He kept telling me that he and Karina were broken up.”

It took Meagan until March to finally break up with him, but in fairness I would have bought the cross-dressing angle with Mario Lopez too. I mean he was dating a Hooter’s Girl and still had the bigger chest… it’s creepy.

But don’t feel sorry for Meagan Cooper, she can soon be seen on ABC’s “I survived a Japanese Game Show”, meaning unlike Mr. A.C. Has Been, she actually has a TV show on the air.
